Join an automotive technology team to lead the scalable execution and delivery of advanced driver-assistance programs for international customers. The role combines technical planning, customer engagement, problem-solving, and cross-functional program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical planning, execution, and enablement for key programs.
- Engage automotive customers to clarify technical needs and organize workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
- Identify and remove delivery obstacles across teams.
- Lead decisions and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Apply relevant technical experience and structured problem-solving to improve delivery.
- Define program metrics and communicate performance, outcomes, and blockers.
- Partner with management and other leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing customer-facing technical projects or programs.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Strong communication, organizational, and management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive or vehicle industry.
