Join an autonomous driving company’s AV Platform Deployment team to lead software execution, partner commitments, technical coordination, and timely delivery of embedded platform software.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external technical discussions to define and integrate delivered features.
- Manage software commitments to automotive partners, including platform software delivery scope and timelines.
- Define product roadmaps and release plans, track execution, and remove blockers.
- Coordinate with R&D, systems teams, external suppliers, and customers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Identify and close execution gaps across projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- At least 5 years of experience in product or project management.
- Proven experience with embedded systems.
- Experience building roadmaps and executing complex projects.
- Experience with system design, architecture, and embedded software development.
- Strong analytical and business-thinking skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
