Lead software programs for next-generation networking and AI data center products, coordinating global stakeholders from requirements definition through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage networking software programs for next-generation AI data centers
- Coordinate marketing, engineering, operations, product, and other stakeholders across global locations
- Lead planning and execution from initial requirements and architecture through delivery
- Develop feature plans and prioritize work to meet program needs
- Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks and drive resolution with technical leaders and project managers
- Work with product managers, architects, and engineers to align delivery with company strategy and commitments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in software project management or leadership
- Expertise in software project management methodologies and tools
- Experience developing software for hardware or silicon products
- Technical orientation and ability to lead technical discussions
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate flexibly with globally distributed teams
Nice to have
- Experience with program management tools, including AI-enabled tools
- Networking industry background
- Experience coordinating multiple groups
- Familiarity with software Agile practices
