Responsibilities
- Coordinate silicon development programs across architecture, design, verification, packaging, manufacturing, and software teams
- Build and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and dependencies
- Manage technical risks and drive cross-functional issue resolution
- Lead program reviews and communicate status, trade-offs, and risks to senior leadership
- Align silicon features and schedules with product requirements in collaboration with customers and partners
- Work with engineering leads to optimize execution, maintain quality, and meet delivery timelines
Requirements
- Program and project management experience covering silicon planning, scheduling, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination
- Technical understanding of semiconductor development, silicon architecture, and the ASIC or SoC design lifecycle
- Experience driving complex hardware programs through definition, tape-out, validation, ramp, and production
- Strong stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership without direct authority
- Proficiency with project management tools, KPIs, dashboards, and structured execution methods such as stage-gate or Agile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work on-site in Israel and collaborate across global time zones
Nice to have
- Experience with hyperscalers or large cloud customers
- Familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or similar connectivity standards
- Background in networking, data center, or AI-related products
