Lead end-to-end execution across multiple development teams in a complex deep learning environment. Translate roadmaps into executable plans, manage delivery risks, and coordinate engineering, research, validation, data, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution planning across multiple development teams and align delivery with product milestones and company objectives.
- Build and manage plans covering feature development, validation cycles, data readiness, infrastructure capacity, and integrations.
- Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive issue resolution and corrective actions.
- Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.
- Align roadmap scope with compute resources, validation capacity, and data availability.
- Facilitate execution reviews using dashboards, logs, performance reports, and validation summaries.
- Coordinate research, software engineering, DevOps, validation, and infrastructure teams to resolve blockers.
- Diagnose failing tests, integration conflicts, data gaps, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and operational rigor across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience in program or product management.
- Hands-on software development experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and run code and scripts such as Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with development, CI/CD, testing, and data or machine learning tools.
- Experience with deep learning development processes.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
