Own the design, rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement of company-wide product and development processes across R&D. Partner with product and engineering leaders to improve execution, predictability, and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Roll out and drive adoption of company-wide product and development processes.
- Define operating models, workflows, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering managers and teams.
- Optimize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement measurable improvements.
- Deploy and drive adoption of supporting tools, dashboards, and systems.
- Establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks and use operational data to guide decisions and improvement.
- Translate development framework requirements into practical, efficient processes.
- Lead change management through sustained adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years in program management, product operations, engineering operations, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience in Product Management or Software Development.
- Experience defining and deploying company-wide processes and operating models.
- Experience implementing workflow, planning, tracking, ALM, or reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of software and product development practices.
- Experience with ASPICE, ISO 15288, ISO 26262, or comparable development frameworks.
- Experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, monitoring systems, and data-driven improvement programs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable outcomes.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills, including with senior management.
