Lead end-to-end production infrastructure readiness for new product introduction (NPI) manufacturing lines across multiple global production sites. Own infrastructure delivery, capacity, risk, budgeting, maintenance, and process improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the NPI production infrastructure supply chain from design review through delivery and implementation at production sites
- Own production infrastructure readiness across multiple sites
- Manage ongoing NPI production capacity and infrastructure support
- Conduct risk assessments and coordinate infrastructure establishment and maintenance
- Manage budgets and drive process improvements
- Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure support across multiple contract manufacturing sites
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong decision-making, initiative, and independent task ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an intensive, changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Experience managing contract manufacturers in a production environment
- Background in mechanical design
- Knowledge of SMT, electromechanical assembly, or mechanical integration
- Experience with transfer-to-production activities
- Familiarity with SAP and Agile systems
- Budgeting or supply-and-demand experience
- Experience with Wrike
