Lead operational planning and execution for a financial platform domain, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate quarterly and annual planning and maintain the roadmap from ideation through delivery.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Advance AI-native ways of working across planning, development, and operations.
- Establish consistent delivery governance for platform modernization initiatives.
- Own performance metrics and dashboards and identify emerging risks and trends.
- Support capacity, budget, and vendor planning.
- Track risks and issues through mitigation and resolution.
- Prepare leadership updates and executive reports.
- Manage leadership meeting agendas, decisions, and follow-through.
- Lead operational efficiency initiatives and share practices across operations teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience leading large, cross-company programs.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple domains and align business units.
- Experience with Agile methods, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent executive communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex technology environments.
- Experience with AI tools and workflows for operational efficiency.
