Lead a major electronic warfare systems program for an international customer, managing delivery from contract signing through final acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Manage a major electronic warfare systems program from contract signing through customer delivery.
- Monitor and control project milestones and work plans.
- Lead meetings, trials, and reviews in Israel and abroad.
- Manage subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Provide system-level and managerial solutions to the customer.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment across systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware functions.
- Manage procurement processes, deliveries, and project risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or computer science.
- At least 5 years of experience managing business projects.
- Experience with ground-based or airborne platforms.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Additional foreign-language proficiency.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to have
- Experience with ground-based or airborne platform programs.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience managing programs valued at tens of millions of dollars.
