A global technology company is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager in Tel Aviv to partner with leadership, manage performance frameworks, and drive cross-functional initiatives with go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to refine strategy and define measurable KPIs
- Own KPI alignment, execution, performance tracking, and reporting
- Design processes and frameworks for ongoing business performance measurement
- Prepare concise, actionable performance reports for management
- Translate business needs into requirements and guide them through organizational processes
- Drive go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution, removing blockers and tracking commitments
- Own feedback loops from business and client-facing teams to Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Build systematic feedback collection processes and executive-ready insights
- Design and optimize workflows for revenue teams
- Manage complex programs and drive adoption of new processes and systems
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategic partnerships at a technology company
- Experience defining and managing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
- Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across organizational levels
- Experience driving initiatives with go-to-market teams
- Program or project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience in revenue, marketing, or sales operations
- Background in advertising, gaming, or technology
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience embedded as a business partner with go-to-market teams
- Experience with AI productivity tools and workflow automation
