Manage delivery of a national project within a communications and cybersecurity division. The role is field-based in southern Israel and includes travel to client sites and company headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Execute, monitor, and control project work plans
- Manage the client relationship, including working at the client’s premises
- Lead field technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers in a matrix structure
- Define performance metrics for monitoring work-plan execution
- Travel to additional client sites and company headquarters as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to work or be available outside standard hours when required
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have
- Experience with infrastructure or civil engineering projects
- Experience working in a technology environment
- Team management experience
- Technical knowledge of networking and IT
- Experience working directly at client sites
