Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-mission aircraft program for an international customer from contract signing through delivery
- Track and control program milestones
- Lead trials and reviews in Israel and abroad
- Manage subcontractors on an ongoing basis
- Provide systemic and managerial solutions for the customer
- Coordinate cross-functionally with systems engineering, software, mechanical, and hardware disciplines
- Manage and monitor work plans, procurement processes, deliveries, and project risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or computer science
- At least 3 years of experience managing business projects
- Experience with airborne-platform projects
- Good spoken and written English
- Fluency in foreign languages
- Willingness to travel internationally
