Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from planning through launch. Coordinate global teams, manage dependencies and risks, and use engagement metrics to evaluate program impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management for complex technical programs.
- Partner with engineering, product, UX, research, data science, and external product-area teams across global offices.
- Resolve technical dependencies, legal and privacy constraints, and data-sovereignty barriers.
- Provide leadership and executive stakeholders with progress updates, status tracking, and escalations.
- Define milestones and establish impact and engagement metrics to evaluate program success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in program or project management leading multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional software development programs with engineering, product, and UX teams from inception to launch.
Nice to have
- Experience managing mobile product growth for Android or iOS, or working with personalization and AI platforms.
- Experience using analytics platforms, data-driven decision-making, and product engagement metrics.
- Technical understanding of backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Experience resolving complex technical and regulatory constraints, including legal and privacy reviews.
