Lead an end-to-end airborne active electronic warfare program for an international customer from an on-site role in Holon, Israel. Coordinate engineering, suppliers, subcontractors, schedules, risks, resources, and customer relationships in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an end-to-end program for an international customer.
- Develop and manage work plans covering resources, risks, and schedules.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with international customers.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customer technical representatives.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate activities with parallel program managers.
- Work cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex projects in a matrix environment.
- Familiarity with system development and system integration processes.
- Experience writing contractual and technical documentation.
- High-level spoken and written English, including presenting to international clients.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, influencing, and matrix leadership skills.
Nice to have
- An MBA or related master’s degree.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Experience with airborne electronic warfare systems.
