Lead end-to-end technical programs for outsourced silicon design services and strategic engineering workforce partners. Coordinate internal silicon teams and external vendors across advanced SoC development, vendor governance, commercial execution, and production ramp.
Responsibilities
- Lead external design-service programs from scoping, RFI/RFP, and statement-of-work finalization through tapeout and production ramp.
- Establish vendor governance frameworks and lead technical, budget, schedule, and commercial trade-off discussions.
- Align milestone deliverables, sign-off criteria, and dependencies across internal execution owners and external vendors for advanced-node SoCs.
- Deploy secure cloud-based CAD development environments and manage outsourced silicon NPI, including ATE test development and OSAT manufacturing handoffs.
- Define KPIs and SLAs, monitor milestone adherence, mitigate critical-path risks, and govern strategic commercial agreement terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or silicon engineering leadership.
- Experience with the ASIC/SoC development lifecycle, including RTL design, UVM/VIP verification, physical design, place and route, static timing analysis, design for test, and packaging.
- Experience managing external design-service, ASIC, or EDA vendors, or extended engineering teams.
- Willingness to work in Tel Aviv or Haifa, Israel.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or PhD in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field.
- Experience managing two complete SoC design cycles from architecture or concept through tapeout, post-silicon bring-up, and production.
