Lead strategic planning, governance, financial management, and operational effectiveness across a global IT organization. Partner with the CIO and senior stakeholders to align technology execution with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop the IT strategy, multi-year roadmap, and strategic priorities with the CIO and IT leadership team.
- Lead the annual operating plan, including workforce planning, technology investments, and initiative prioritization.
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, OPEX, CAPEX, software investments, and project budgets while identifying cost optimization opportunities.
- Establish project and portfolio management methods and track milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery.
- Lead IT AI transformation initiatives focused on productivity, automation, efficiency, governance, adoption, and value measurement.
- Create IT governance frameworks, define KPIs and OKRs, manage leadership operating cadences, and drive accountability.
- Prepare dashboards, executive presentations, board materials, and strategic updates that communicate technology topics in terms of business value.
- Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives for the CIO and improve IT processes and operating models.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, PMO, technology strategy, finance, consulting, or transformation leadership.
- Experience working in a global enterprise IT environment.
- Demonstrated success leading strategic programs, governance initiatives, or PMO organizations.
- Experience managing substantial IT budgets and annual planning processes.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data platforms, and AI technologies.
