Own the transformation portfolio from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, value realization, and global scale-up across sites in Israel, Italy, and the Dominican11
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the company-wide digital transformation roadmap.
- Manage a global portfolio of digital use cases with transparent governance and stage-gate decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through sustained adoption and scale-up across manufacturing sites.
- Develop and govern AI, automation, and digital-manufacturing initiatives.
- Set value baselines and targets, track post-launch benefits, and validate results with Finance.
- Design communications, training, and adoption plans and develop a network of digital champions.
- Partner with IT, operational excellence, Quality, Finance, HR, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and site leadership.
- Lead two Digital Transformation Use Case Specialists and coordinate matrixed project teams.
- Manage the function’s annual budget and monitor delivery, adoption, risk, and value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience leading digital transformation, business transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, analytics, or enterprise change programs.
- Track record delivering cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and value realization.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, analytics, and digital manufacturing.
- Working knowledge of ERP, MES, PLM, WMS, and data or analytics platforms.
- Experience with program and portfolio management, including business cases, prioritization, stage-gate governance, vendors, and budgets.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Willingness to travel to company sites as needed.

- Experience in medical-device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with global, multi-site manufacturing.
