Manage complex hardware engineering programs for networking products, coordinating development activities and product rollout from planning through closure.
Responsibilities
- Plan schedules, allocate resources, assign tasks, and track program milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional hardware engineering activities and resolve execution gaps.
- Lead project meetings, communicate status, generate reports, and escalate issues to leadership.
- Identify threats, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Optimize scheduling, logistics, staffing, testing, communication, implementation, and execution.
- Manage change, coordinate product rollout, and lead program closure and post-mortems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar program or project management role.
- Familiarity with program management methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and independent execution skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or operations environment.
