Hardware Program Manager

Manage complex hardware engineering programs for datacenter networking products, from development planning through rollout and post-program review.
Responsibilities
- Plan schedules, allocate resources, assign tasks, track milestones, and lead program progress.
- Coordinate hardware engineering development activities and product rollout across multiple complex programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and align objectives.
- Lead project meetings, communicate updates, review progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to leadership.
- Identify threats and implement mitigation strategies for day-to-day program challenges.
- Optimize scheduling, logistics, staffing, testing, communications, implementation, and execution.
- Assess risks, execute risk-management plans, and maintain alignment with program milestones.
- Complete program closure activities, including post-mortems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar program or project management role.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, independence, accountability, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or operations environment.
- Experience with hardware development or networking products.
