Lead global ESG and sustainability initiatives across business units and geographies. Drive regulatory readiness, governance, reporting, performance measurement, and stakeholder engagement while supporting executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead global ESG and sustainability initiatives across multiple business units and geographies
- Drive readiness for evolving ESG regulations, including CSRD, ISSB, and CBAM
- Develop and implement ESG governance processes, policies, procedures, and performance measurement frameworks
- Lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across business functions
- Support ESG reporting, sustainability disclosures, and executive presentations
- Develop and monitor ESG KPIs and performance metrics
- Engage investors, rating agencies, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders
- Translate complex ESG and regulatory requirements into practical processes and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate reporting, finance, audit, consulting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability regulations
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with data-intensive reporting environments and performance management frameworks
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Experience in a Big Four advisory firm, ESG consulting practice, or global publicly traded company
