A growing technology company in Petah Tikva is seeking an Executive Business Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership. The role combines business operations, executive support, cross-functional execution, business and financial analysis, and AI-enabled workflowautomation
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on ongoing priorities
- Lead and advance cross-functional projects, tasks, and processes end to end
- Track leadership decisions, goals, KPIs, deadlines, and follow-up actions
- Prepare presentations, reports, analyses, and business materials for executive meetings
- Collect and analyze business and financial data to support decision-making
- Work with budgets, revenue, expenses, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other internal stakeholders
- Build, optimize, and improve operational workflows
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot for research, information analysis, and deliverable creation
- Use AI and automation to improve and automate business processes
- Support the CEO’s daily work, including task prioritization, coordination, and calendar management as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, PMO, chief of staff, executive business support, or a similar role
- Direct experience working with a CEO, C-level executive, or senior leadership team
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and processes from start to finish
- Experience working with KPIs, business data, reports, and performance metrics
- Strong business and financial orientation, including experience with budgets and numerical analysis
- Experience preparing presentations and business materials for executive meetings
- Hands-on experience using AI tools
- High-level English proficiency
- Strong execution, independence, organization, systems thinking, and stakeholder coordination skills
