Responsibilities
- Lead environmental policy in line with business strategy across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements covering air, water, wastewater, waste, radiation, and noise.
- Develop and implement environmental methodologies, procedures, metrics, and control mechanisms.
- Manage internal and regulatory requirements and ensure their implementation across sites.
- Write, update, and implement organization-wide environmental procedures.
- Initiate and lead environmental improvement projects and prepare for regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, chemistry, food engineering, environmental science, or ecology.
- At least 8 years of management experience in industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in environmental affairs.
- Experience working in multi-site organizations.
