Lead the delivery and execution of ground-based air defense systems for an international customer within a global defense organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery programs for ground-based air defense batteries.
- Execute signed contracts and identify opportunities for follow-on programs.
- Manage customer interfaces covering budgets, contracts, engineering, performance, deliveries, and milestones.
- Lead system integration, testing, verification, and customer trials.
- Manage subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, contracts, manufacturing, integrated logistics support, and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management.
- At least 3 years of experience managing development projects valued above $20 million.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Experience in matrix management.
- Experience in budget and program management.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with weapons systems, missile systems, or air defense.
