Responsibilities
- Lead consulting teams on complex public-sector and municipal projects
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, and policy reviews
- Develop and present data-driven strategic recommendations
- Create methodologies to improve public services and support organizational growth
- Write requests for proposals and contribute to business development
- Expand relationships with existing and new clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business, or accounting
- At least 4 years of experience in business, economic, or strategy consulting, or complex project management
- Experience working with public-sector or municipal organizations
- Experience leading teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and AI-based analytical tools
Nice to have
- Relevant master's degree
