Manage a team delivering site activation activities for clinical research, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and effective staff development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct staff work, assess performance, coach employees, and address employee relations issues.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Ensure staff have the resources, system access, and training needed to perform their work.
- Allocate staff to clinical research projects based on experience and training.
- Review staff work and address quality risks through corrective action plans.
- Monitor workload and quality metrics and report findings.
- Lead moderate process and system improvements.
Requirements
- Mandatory line management experience; CRA management experience is also considered.
- Typically 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
