Business Area Manager

Lead a business area serving strategic customers, overseeing programs, people, budgets, and market expansion. The role is based at the company site in Ramat HaSharon and involves frequent international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business area in relation to strategic customers, including programs and market expansion.
  • Directly manage program managers and coordinate programs across the business area.
  • Support program managers in delivering work plans and meeting program and financial targets.
  • Manage budgets across the business area.
  • Coordinate work with customers, partners, and suppliers in a matrix organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to travel abroad frequently and work intensively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, guide, mentor, and make decisions.
  • Strong financial understanding.

Nice to have

  • A master's degree in business administration.
  • Relevant military experience in armored vehicles or land systems.
  • At least five years of program or project management experience, including large and complex programs.
