Lead company-wide R&D strategy and execution, scale multiple engineering groups, and transform software development around agentic AI. The role is based in Israel’s Center District.
Responsibilities
- Own company-wide R&D strategy and execution.
- Lead the shift from traditional software delivery to agent-based development and AI-augmented engineering.
- Build, scale, and manage multiple engineering groups.
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Delivery to meet ambitious milestones.
- Set technical standards for core platform and AI-native product lines, including systems subject to regulatory constraints such as auditability, human oversight, and data integrity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years managing multiple engineering groups or managers.
- R&D leadership experience at companies selling to enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience leading an agentic AI development transformation that changes how an organization builds software.
- Strong technical background and ability to make architecture-level decisions.
