Lead a global engineering organization through engineering managers, execute technology strategy, and advance AI adoption and engineering excellence for enterprise SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a global engineering organization through engineering managers.
- Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business and product objectives.
- Integrate AI-powered tools and development practices to improve productivity, software quality, and delivery.
- Coach and mentor engineering leaders; support succession planning and organizational growth.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Customer Success, and executive leadership to deliver scalable enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Improve development processes, operational efficiency, quality, and execution.
- Oversee planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution across engineering initiatives.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership of large engineering organizations.
- Experience managing global engineering teams through engineering managers.
- Background in enterprise SaaS and modern cloud technologies.
- Success driving AI adoption and modern engineering practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
