Lead and technically manage COMINT and COMJAM projects for ground-based electronic warfare systems. Manage technical interfaces with customers in Israel and abroad, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate across internal divisions. Participate in all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical management of COMINT and COMJAM projects for ground electronic warfare systems.
- Serve as primary technical interface for customers in Israel and international sites.
- Conduct technical and professional reviews.
- Coordinate internal interfaces across divisions including operations, microwave, and support.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Participate in all project phases domestically and abroad.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience managing technological projects or in engineering leadership.
- High-level English proficiency, including writing.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Background or knowledge in electronic warfare and communication systems.
