Seeking an experienced manager to lead a multidisciplinary systems engineering team responsible for full lifecycle development of CT/AMI detection platforms, from design and requirements to verification and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary systems engineering team.
- Provide strategic technical guidance in CT/AMI detection platform development.
- Oversee engineering planning and execution to ensure timelines and quality.
- Manage resource assignment, headcount, and budget.
- Collaborate across functions to define and implement next-generation products.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
- Support audits and regulatory inspections as subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, physics, or related discipline.
- 7+ years experience as system engineer, including 5+ years in people leadership.
- Experience with requirements management and traceability tools.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, design controls, and risk management.
- Experience with verification and validation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
