Lead and grow a team of 7–10 engineers developing a high-performance functional simulator and behavioral models for advanced routing and switching devices.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 7–10 engineers
- Oversee the design and delivery of reliable, high-performance behavioral models and functional simulators
- Coordinate execution with ASIC architecture, software, and hardware teams
- Promote hands-on problem solving, debugging, and engineering excellence
- Create development plans and provide regular feedback to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 8+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree plus 5+ years
- At least 5 years of hands-on software or ASIC development experience
- At least 3 years leading a team or domain of 5 or more engineers
- Programming experience with C, C++, SystemVerilog, or design verification
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience designing and implementing ASIC functional simulators
- Experience with data networks
- Combined software and ASIC development experience
