Lead a development team building a secure remote access solution for industrial environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across IT/OT networks.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers, fostering technical ownership and security-first mindset
- Design and implement secure access features for seamless IT/OT integration
- Oversee scalable gateway and proxy architectures for global enterprise scale
- Collaborate with product management and security researchers on Zero Trust and session monitoring
- Mentor team members on code quality, security protocols, and system resilience
Requirements
- 3+ years leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years backend development experience with Python
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption)
- Experience building distributed, high-availability systems for real-time traffic
- Proficiency with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React
- Experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cybersecurity industry experience, particularly remote access (VPN/ZTNA) or identity (IAM)
