Lead and develop a software team building mission-critical operational systems for the defense sector. The role combines people and technical leadership with approximately 40% hands-on development in C# and WPF. This is an office-based position in Petah Tikva, reporting directly to the Development
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of software developers
- Own the team's technical and professional delivery
- Plan and lead work programs and sprints
- Track project objectives and delivery commitments
- Develop complex systems hands-on using C# and WPF
- Maintain code quality and resolve complex real-time system issues
- Collaborate with the Development Manager, technical leads, and architects
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a software team leader
- At least 4 years of experience developing in C# and WPF
- Strong hands-on development capabilities
- Deep understanding of complex system architecture
- Experience with real-time systems, debugging, and complex problem solving
- Strong systems thinking, interpersonal, and leadership skills
