Lead the technical installation and maintenance activities for a proton therapy site in Tel Aviv. Coordinate daily operations, subcontractors, customers, compliance, logistics, budgets, and the local team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan daily site activities and priorities.
- Support all technical aspects of proton therapy system installation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and uptime commitments.
- Manage logistics, materials, supplies, storage, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure customer requirements are met for compliance, technical performance, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare budget reports, document site activities, and maintain improvement plans.
- Provide local accounting support.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Supervise the site team and manage scheduling and other human resources activities.
- Promote a high-performance culture and motivate team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a proton therapy center, either on site or in research and development.
- Strong overall technical knowledge of proton therapy systems.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to follow regulations, meet strict deadlines, and identify the root causes of issues.
- Willingness to work occasional shifts, nights, and weekends.
