Lead new product introduction (NPI) processes, manage engineering changes, and drive manufacturing process improvements for advanced broadband hardware products. Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient assembly and testing. Requires 5+ years in NPI or manufacturing engineering with a mechanical, industrial, or electronics engineering background.
Responsibilities
- Lead product deliverables and timelines
- Manage NPI processes for product lines
- Lead sustain engineering processes and provide engineering support
- Perform process validation for engineering changes in production
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, and production departments
- Improve production processes (electronic and mechanical assembly)
- Participate in failure studies and problem-solving
- Approve parts/components spec deviations and instruct rework
- Develop and document manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
- Own product lifecycle engineering change management
Requirements
- Mechanical, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering degree
- 5+ years of proven experience as an NPI or Manufacturing Engineer
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical processes
- Experience with cost reduction activities
- Self-motivated, independent, and problem-solving oriented
