Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering domains and own team structure, standards, and performance.
- Drive strategic initiatives that increase engineering leverage and delivery effectiveness.
- Partner with senior product and technology leaders on engineering strategy.
- Architect scalable platforms aligned with evolving product needs.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-performing engineers.
- Translate complex business problems into clean, scalable technical solutions.
- Embed AI into engineering development and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Experience scaling high-performing engineering organizations during periods of rapid growth.
- Track record of improving engineering delivery and quality.
- Experience working in a product-led environment with close engineering and product collaboration.
- Strong communication, feedback, accountability, and trust-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week.
