Lead a team of Salesforce consultants to design and deliver custom solutions. Responsibilities include technical requirements gathering, solution architecture, integration management, and mentoring. Requires strong Salesforce platform expertise including LWC, Visualforce, Flow Builder, and integration strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Salesforce consultants
- Define and design solutions with business stakeholders, oversee implementation and testing
- Provide hands-on expert assistance on technical issues
- Mentor team members and drive technical innovation
- Develop creative solutions to complex technical and integration challenges
- Introduce new methodologies, technologies, and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services consulting Salesforce
- 1-2 years of experience managing delivery of CRM implementations (preferably Salesforce)
- Strong architectural familiarity with LWC and Visualforce frameworks
- Proven experience designing integration strategies and scoping data flows
- Deep understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flow Builder) and security architecture
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
