Lead backend and frontend development teams while managing end-to-end software delivery, technical decisions, project planning, and Agile execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage backend and frontend development teams.
- Prioritize work, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, remove blockers, and support high-quality delivery.
- Manage the development lifecycle in Jira, including backlogs, sprints, epics, dependencies, releases, workflows, dashboards, and team performance tracking.
- Drive projects from requirements gathering and architecture through development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices to improve delivery and team performance.
- Lead technical decisions, project planning, risk management, and dependency management.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Proven technical leadership and project management experience.
- Experience leading and building high-performing development teams.
- Strong backend development experience, preferably with TypeScript and Go.
- Experience with React for frontend development.
- Knowledge of microservices, API integrations, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to balance people management, project delivery, and hands-on technical leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript and Go as primary backend technologies.
- Experience with Java, C#, or similar backend technologies.
