Lead the professional, technological, and managerial activities of a computer vision and AI engineering group. Own technology strategy, team development, research, and delivery across multiple complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the group’s professional, technological, and managerial activities.
- Manage and develop managers, specialists, and engineering teams.
- Define and execute the professional and technology roadmap for computer vision, image processing, and AI.
- Drive research and development of innovative technologies and capabilities.
- Integrate AI technologies into development processes and operational products.
- Allocate resources and prioritize work across multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide professional guidance to development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead collaboration with development, engineering, systems, and project organizations.
- Own solution quality, professional excellence, and achievement of objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain the group’s workforce.
- Help define the organization’s vision and strategy for computer vision and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience developing and integrating computer vision, machine learning, or deep learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing professional teams.
- Experience developing employees and leading complex technology projects.
- Ability to lead processes in a technology environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to define and execute technology strategy.
- Ability to motivate people, build partnerships, and engage stakeholders.

- Experience with real-time systems.
