Lead a software engineering team developing secure remote access capabilities for cyber-physical systems. Own technical direction across backend services, AI applications, distributed architectures, networking, identity, and system resilience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team.
- Drive technical ownership, secure development practices, continuous delivery, and code quality.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure access features connecting IT and OT networks.
- Oversee scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Security Researchers on Zero Trust and session monitoring capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and promote security protocols, best practices, and system resilience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience leading R&D teams.
- At least 5 years of backend development experience, including complex Python systems.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, AI agents, and natural language interfaces.
- Experience developing distributed, high-availability systems handling real-time traffic and data.
- Proficiency with AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, containerization, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in the cybersecurity industry.
