Lead a software development and QA team responsible for core cloud, on-premises, and enterprise platforms in Nesher, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage approximately eight developers and QA engineers
- Set objectives, monitor performance, coach team members, and support career development
- Lead development and operation of cloud and on-premises platforms and infrastructure
- Own architecture, scalability, performance, security, and reliability
- Drive engineering standards, CI/CD, automation, DevOps, and AI-enabled development practices
- Lead integrations with booking platforms, hotel websites, travel agents, distribution partners, CRM, ERP, and other external systems
- Collaborate with product management, customer support, professional services, project management, and customer success
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and prioritize delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years managing software development teams
- Experience leading teams in medium-to-large organizations
- Experience managing teams of at least six employees
- Strong hands-on .NET enterprise application development experience
- React experience
- Practical AWS experience
- Experience with Windows Server and on-premises environments
- Experience leading CI/CD and DevOps initiatives
- Strong knowledge of GitHub and Azure DevOps
- Experience in Agile development environments
- Hands-on Jira experience
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong people management, coaching, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality or travel technology
- Experience integrating with booking platforms and channel managers
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM and ERP systems
- Experience with Claude Code and MCP
- Experience implementing AI-driven development practices
- Experience building teams and leading technology transformation
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Experience mentoring engineers from junior to senior and tech lead roles
