Lead a team of full-stack engineers in building and scaling a B2B payment platform. Own product areas, manage timelines, and collaborate with Product and Design. Requires 7+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of team management, and proficiency in React, Node.js, and AWS.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, fostering high coding standards.
- Own and drive the technical direction and strategy for a user-facing product area.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver new features and enhance user experience.
- Set goals, define tasks, and manage timelines to execute the product roadmap.
- Contribute hands-on to development, including coding, testing, and deployment.
- Actively participate in hiring and scaling the engineering team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with both frontend and backend development.
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams of 4 or more.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing.
- Deep understanding of production systems and web product architecture.
- Strong eye for UX/UI and attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent, and resourceful with a collaborative mindset.
