Lead and grow an engineering team building AI-native creative tools. Partner cross-functionally to execute product roadmaps and maintain high technical quality.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to build and execute a long-term roadmap
- Work cross-functionally to expand AI applications for creative problems
- Hire, manage, support, and develop a team of engineers, including staff level
- Establish accountability and a positive work environment
- Contribute to the scaling of the engineering organization
- Build an inclusive team culture through hiring, mentorship, and community programs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager
- Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps
- Hands-on technical experience building complex products as an individual contributor
- Proven leadership in building high-performing, engaged engineering teams
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
