Lead end-to-end engineering design and systems integration for complex data center and infrastructure projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary designers, consultants, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients while managing interfaces, design conflicts, changes, and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of engineering systems for complex projects.
- Own the integration and coordination of facility systems and infrastructure.
- Manage designers and professional consultants across engineering disciplines.
- Translate project specifications and client requirements into coordinated engineering designs.
- Manage discipline interfaces and resolve design gaps and conflicts.
- Lead design processes through project changes and adaptations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
- Drive professional interfaces toward project objectives and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience in the design or design management of industrial facilities, infrastructure, or complex engineering systems.
- Experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
- Strong systems-level perspective and understanding of interfaces between engineering systems.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, frequent changes, and challenging schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence professional stakeholders without direct authority.

- Knowledge of medium-voltage electrical systems.
- Knowledge of high-capacity low-voltage power distribution.
- Knowledge of power generation and generator systems.
- Knowledge of industrial HVAC and process cooling systems.
- Knowledge of fuel systems.
- Knowledge of industrial water systems, sprinklers, and hydrants.
- Knowledge of BMS and SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of communications and extra-low-voltage systems.
- Knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
