Lead the engineering organization for an AI-powered fraud prevention platform at a lean, fast-moving cybersecurity company. Own engineering strategy across AI, backend, infrastructure, and mobile while partnering with product, business, research, founders, and senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute engineering strategy for the flagship AI product
- Lead experienced engineering leaders across AI, backend, infrastructure, and mobile
- Own architecture and technology decisions
- Partner closely with product, business, and research teams
- Help integrate AI agents into consumer products
- Build and scale the engineering organization
- Develop engineering culture and standards
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering organizations in fast-moving technology companies
- Experience building AI products or AI agent-based systems
- Strong understanding of architecture and technical decision-making
- Experience building organizations, mentoring engineering leaders, and raising technical standards
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with substantial ownership
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity, fraud, trust and safety, identity, consumer security, or infrastructure
