Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML/Backend engineers, set technical direction, build and deploy GenAI/LLM-powered solutions, and scale ML infrastructure for a B2B SaaS FinTech platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of AI/ML/Backend engineers.
- Define ML strategy and ensure best practices in architecture, frameworks, and operationalization.
- Oversee development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
- Establish scalable ML infrastructure with CI/CD, observability, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years as Backend Developer, Data Engineer, or ML Engineer.
- 3+ years in technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Deep expertise with LLMs and ML frameworks.
- Strong background in system design, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.
- Experience with NoSQL and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Java experience.
- Master’s degree.
