A financial organization is seeking a Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements and specify processes, information systems, and interfaces for capital-markets operations.
Responsibilities
- Understand, challenge, and document business requirements.
- Analyze and specify workflows, information systems, and relevant interfaces.
- Analyze B2B, B2C, and self-service processes across digital channels, branch systems used by banking staff, and trading systems.
- Analyze and specify capital-markets processes.
- Work with external partners and stakeholders across the organization.
- Lead meetings with multiple participants and manage challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; required.
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis or product specification; required.
- Experience with financial systems, trading systems, capital markets, or investments; required.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking or financial services
