Implement and support organizational information systems in the financial domain. Help users adopt systems, improve workflows, and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Implement internally developed and external information systems across business teams.
- Train users and provide ongoing system support to encourage effective adoption.
- Analyze workflows, identify business needs, and recommend system and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot system issues with developers, QA teams, and vendors, including root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with users, developers, QA teams, and vendors to support reliable system operation.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing information systems in the financial domain.
- Strong understanding of information systems, business processes, and system integrations.
- Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong user training and technical support skills.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL knowledge.
