A large healthcare organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead a large-scale AI system initiative, connecting business and clinical needs with technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems analysis and technology projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
- Manage complex AI-related projects in collaboration with development teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business and clinical needs into clear technical requirements.
- Drive cross-functional processes in a large, complex organization.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in systems analysis and/or technology project management.
- At least 2 years of experience leading or participating in complex AI projects.
- Experience working with development teams, vendors, and internal or external clients.
- Strong technical background and broad understanding of systems.
- Ability to independently lead processes in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Nice to have
- Healthcare industry experience.
