Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and define business and technical requirements with stakeholders and R&D teams
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for web, mobile, portals, REST APIs, and integrations
- Create specifications with decision tables, ERDs, sequence diagrams, and decision trees
- Define APIs and document end-to-end data flows
- Own the product backlog, including user stories, epics, prioritization, and scope management
- Lead technology projects from planning and analysis through implementation
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders
- Define, measure, and monitor digital KPIs
- Build analytical dashboards for data-driven decisions
- Use AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, research, accuracy, and delivery efficiency
Requirements
- At least 3 years of systems analysis experience across web, mobile, portals, and REST APIs
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories and epics
- At least 1 year of experience in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban
- Strong understanding of XML and JSON data structures
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with system integrations and API-based architectures
- Familiarity with agent onboarding processes, CRM systems, and agent-facing channels
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in ongoing professional workflows
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
Nice to have
- Experience with Kibana or similar monitoring and analytics tools
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams
- Familiarity with product management methodologies and processes
